Return Policy (0–5 Days)

  1. Return/Exchange is available for selected products only. Eligibility details are mentioned on the product page and may be changed without prior notice.
  2. If pickup service is not available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.
  3. Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.



Refund Policy (0–5 Days)

  1. Once the returned product is received at our facility, the refund will be processed within 0–5 working days.



Important Notes (Mandatory)

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, an unboxing video is mandatory.
  • Without an unboxing video, replacement or refund will not be provided.
  • Items must be unused and unwashed due to hygiene reasons.
  • Products must be returned with original packaging and tags intact.
  • Items without original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return/Exchange requests not raised within the return period (refer to product page) will not be accepted.
